Shipping and Returns
All purchases are shipped via Standard Shipping. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow two to three business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated for your shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Dennis Franks cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email from email@example.com with your tracking details. Please check your SPAM folder.
Items for standard delivery can take up to approximately 5-7 business days. International orders can take up to 14 days.
Dennis Franks is not responsible for any missing packages, lost deliveries, or shipping delays due to shipping vendor or weather.
Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
All supplements featured on DennisFranks.com are ordered and processed through a third party website. This Shipping and Returns policy does not apply to any supplements. Please refer to the Shipping Policy link listed on the third party site for more details regarding the shipping of supplements.
All items shipping within the Continental United States are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Books will be sent via media mail through USPS.
Dennis Franks ships internationally. Shipping charges are provided as an estimate and actual shipping charges are adjusted upon final processing of your order. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for any taxes / duties incurred by destination country.
We regret that at this time we cannot issue any exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.
Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted we cannot guarantee the purchase can be cancelled or modified.
